Landscape requirements
a. Lots shall be sodded
and front landscaping installed within 30 days of home completion.
b. The owner of each lot
shall be required to install a minimum of one tree in the front yard
(min. size 2-inch diameter).
This requirement is waived for lots with existing trees.
